InformeDesign Releases Detroit Case Study
7.31.08 | Minneapolis, MN | InformeDesign released a study on, "The Built Environment Factor Based on Building
Rehabilitation: A Critical Aspect of Urban Revitalization," published in 2004. The case study examined the potential impact of a new building
rehabilitation code on rehabilitation efforts in downtown Detroit,
MI and introduced the built environment factor (i.e., existing
underutilized infrastructure, new infrastructure, and land use planning)
as a component of urban revitalization conceptual models.
