GKV To Design Terminal For Panorama Flight Service

11.13.08 | New York, NY | Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel will design a new terminal for Panorama Flight Services. Plans for the terminal at the Westchester Airport in New York include a redesigned entrance and modernized lounge and restrooms. Construction on the 5,000 sq.ft. facility is scheduled to begin in Winter 2009 and should be completed in Summer 2010.

Emcor Subsidiary Contracted For Critical Access Hospital

Wantagh Parkway Project Taken By Welsbach Electric

11.6.08 | Norwalk, CT | Welsbach Electric, a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, received a contract for the modernization and upgrade of electrical systems of a portion of The Wantagh State Parkway on Long Island, NY. The project includes the modernization of the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and lighting upgrade for The Wantagh State Parkway, a New York parkway located approximately 30 miles east of Manhattan that links the Ocean Parkway at Jones Beach State Park with the Northern State Parkway in Westbury.

AGATI to Furnish Two More San Francisco Public Library Branches

11.5.08 | Chicago, IL | AGATI Furniture will furnish the new Portola and renovated Richmond branches of the San Francisco Public Library.  The new Portola Branch library will feature Williams study tables and computer carrels and DePaul chairs. The new branch, to be completed in December, was designed by Chris Noll of Noll & Tam Architects and furniture was specified by Susannah Meek of S Meek Architecture. The renovated Richmond Branch library, one of the oldest branches in San Francisco, will include Antrim study tables, Myles computer carrels, and DePaul benches. The project was designed by the San Francisco Bureau of Architecture.
