10.1.08 | Research Triangle Park, NC | The Research Triangle Park Headquarters was awarded LEED Silver. The headquarters, which house the Research Triangle Foundation, was designed by O'’Brien/Atkins and was completed in December 2007.

9.26.08 | Bronx, NY | PS94X, an early childhood center is being constructed in accordance with Local Law 86.  Designed by Gran Kriegel Associates, the center at 3530 Kings College Place in the Bronx, will comply with the NYC Green Schools Guide and Rating System, and will be the equivalent of a LEED silver facility. 

9.25.08 | Minneapolis, MN | Cuningham Group Architecture, Minneapolis, MN announced the opening of Isleta Casino & Resort. The new facility in Albuquerque, NM, features a glass atrium and an outdoor "Spa Jar" in the shape of Isleta Pueblo pottery. 

9.25.08 | New York, NY | Thornton Tomasetti's 151 Incheon Tower broke ground in South Korea. The building is set to become the second tallest in the world. 151 Incheon Tower will feature commercial offices, a 300-key hotel, residential apartments and urban condominiums, observation levels, and, at the top of the tower, sky restaurants.
