3.21.08 | Holland, MI | Erin Bennett and Ralph Pearsall were added to the staff of Great Lakes Contract Group, a Trendway sales representative firm, to cover Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Erin Bennett will cover the Indianapolis/Louisville markets and will work out of an office in Indianapolis, IN.  Ralph Pearsall has been in the office furniture business for more than twenty-six years. He will be selling Trendway in the entire state of Ohio for GLCG, and will work from a office in Toledo.

3.22.08 | Omaha,NE | Jerry Smith, ASLA, LEED AP, was named Sustainable Sites Manager by HDR Architecture for its Cincinnati, OH, office. Previously he worked for HOK Planning Group in Chicago. Mr. Smith presented nationally at the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health, the Healthcare Design.06 Conference, and he will be co-leading a workshop at the 2008 AIA National Convention on “Designing the Regenerative Hospital.” 

3.22.08 | Poulsbo, WA | Cia Mooney joined Watson Furniture Group as Vice President of Product Development.  Previously, Ms. Mooney was Vice President of Product Development and Launch at Brayton International. Ms. Mooney has had her furniture and lighting designs exhibited at the Salone del Mibili, Euroluce, and the Milan Triennale.

3.20.08 | Atlanta, GA | Robert E. Meaders will retire in early summer from the hospitality architecture and design firm, CMMI. Mr. Meaders will continue to serve as an advisor to the firm which he helped form in 1987, along with James F. Culpepper and James R. McAuliffe. His portfolio includes the interior design for the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, DC and the public area renovation of Resaissance Orlando at Sea World.

3.19.08 | Washington, DC | Brian Calis was promoted to Principal at Group Goetz Architects. Mr. Calis has been with the firm for five years and currently leads a team of 27 architects and designers for a major government client.
