8.6.08 | Moncure, NC | Uniboard, a subsidiary of Pfleiderer AG, purchased the Moncure, NC facility for ATC Panel and will now operate as Uniboard USA LLC, Moncure Plant. The plant is a manufacturer of particleboard and thermofused melamine, producing over 156 million sq. ft. annually.
