3.26.08 | New York, NY | Herman Miller reached a settlement agreement with the Attorneys General New York, Illinois and Michigan relating to an inquiry on the Minimum Advertised Price Program maintained by the Herman Miller for the Home division. The consent decree, signed on March 21, applies only to the Herman Miller for the Home division and restricts actions take with respect to its retail distributors relating to the Minimum Advertised Price Program until December 31, 2010. The agreement does not constitute either an admission or denial of liability or wrongdoing; independent of the agreement, Herman Miller categorically denied any wrongdoing.
