Nearly 20% of workers at the Montreal plant are of Haitian decent, most of whom still have immediate family members in their native country. Multiple fundraising efforts, including a bake sale and various raffle activities were held and several thousand dollars were sent to Montreal for the direct benefit of Haitian employees and their families.
