IFMA Reports Continuing Rise In Utility Costs
5.15.08 | Houston, TX | The International Facility Management Association released the results of a research report, Benchmark V: Annual Facility Costs, which shows that running a facility is 10% higher that it was four years ago. Further, the report shows that utility costs such as electricity, gasoline, fuel oil, steam water and sewage have jumped 10% compared to similar data from 2006. The report also reveals that expenses associated with environmental initiatives are starting in increase, noting that recycling has doubled in the past four years.
EMCOR Develops Lean Operations Model

EMCOR Expands Missing Kids Program
