2.26.10 | Holland Landing, Ontario | Inscape Corporation purchased its manufacturing facility in Falconer, New York. Inscape had been leasing the facility for its architectural products division since 2001. The Falconer, New York facility was constructed to specific movable wall manufacturing requirements on a brownfield industrial redevelopment site. Once declared a hazardous waste site, the property was reclaimed and repurposed after it lay dormant for many years.

mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consultant and LEED
Commercial Interiors consultant for HOK Architects’ new Chicago office. The project earned LEED Platinum Certification. ESD was responsible for modifying the
