London Festival Of Architecture 2008 Begins June 20

IIDA NY Pioneering Design Series With Steve Badanes

5.15.08 | New York, NY | The IIDA NY Pioneering Design Series concludes on May 22 at the Tishman Auditorium at the New School, 66 West 12th St., NYC. Lecturer Steve Badanes, a founding member of the Jersey Devil design/build practice and currently a Professor in the University of Washington Department of Architecture will speak about his approach to architecture and community outreach, as well as the advantages of building one's own work. Each lecture begins at 6pm and will be followed by food and background music at the school's Wollman Gallery. Mickey Kostow, principal of New York's Kostow Greenwood Architects, will cap things off with his jazz band on May 22.

2009 Grassroots Leadership And Legislative Conference
