9.26.08 | Cleveland, OH | Vocon celebrated it's 21st birthday on September 20. More than 400 of Cleveland's corporate figures celebrated the architecture and interior design firm with cocktails and live band at its Midtown Cleveland office location.

9.25.08 | Minneapolis, MN | Cuningham Group Architecture, Minneapolis, MN announced the opening of Isleta Casino & Resort. The new facility in Albuquerque, NM, features a glass atrium and an outdoor "Spa Jar" in the shape of Isleta Pueblo pottery. 

9.24.08 | New York, NY | HOK New York and Studio/JTA designed the Harlem Hospital Center. The plan includes a new patient pavilion and the renovation of key nursing and clinical units in the Martin Luther King Pavilion. 

9.24.08 | Grand Island, NY | Cannon Design received an American Architecture Award for the Case Medical Cancer Hospital, Cleveland, OH. Awarded by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, the Center was among 65 buildings selected in the competition. The Center was noted for itsFeatured  continuity with the surrounding campus, connectivity with adjacent buildings, and clear patient wayfinding. 

9.24.08 | Oakland, CA | HOK and the Biomimicry Guild have forged an alliance linking the natural and built environment. This relationship between one of the world's largest architectural design firms and the only bio-inspired innovation company will integrate nature's innovations in the planning and design of buildings, communities and cities worldwide.

9.24.08 | San Diego, CA | AVRPStudios announced several changes within its firm.  Tomasz Anielski became an owner/Principal of the studio. Richard Moren will oversee the firm's global project group, RedEight. AVRPGreen has been expanded to formalize its sustainable studio. The studio moves to its new location September 26 at 1620 Fifth Avenue, Suite 600, San Diego, CA.
