Museum revealed the final plans for an addition
designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano. Mr. Piano designed the new wing to stand 50 feet behind the
existing building and to rise no higher. A first floor with transparent
glass walls will afford views of Fenway Court, the museum gardens,
and the adjacent Emerald Necklace park system by Frederick Law Olmsted. The museum seeks LEED certification and is expected
to open in early 2012.

2.4.10 | Chicago, IL | Goettsch Partners were selected to design new offices for the Global Services division of law firm Baker & McKenzie. Baker & McKenzie will occupy the 43rd and 46th through 51st floors, as well as part of the
44th floor. Project completion is slated for the second half of 2011.

2.2.10 | New York, NY | Perkins Eastman joined the medical staff and leadership of NYU
Langone Medical Center in recognizing the completion of an Outpatient Surgery facility. Located at 333.E. 38th Street, NYC, the facility is designed for the needs of patients undergoing specialized orthopaedic surgical procedures that
do not require an overnight hospital stay. It includes operating rooms, ultrasonic decontamination machines, computerized
steam sterilizers for surgical hardware, and carbon dioxide devices for
sterilizing more delicate items.

1.29.10 | New York, NY | FIGMENT joined forces
with The Emerging New York Architects Committee of the American Institute
of Architects New York Chapter and the Structural Engineers
Association of New York to sponsor a competition. A Call for Proposals has been issued to design and construct an architectural pavilion for the 2010 summer season on Governors Island. The City of Dreams Pavilion will be a gathering place for people to meet,
learn about the arts programs on the island, and enjoy a performance or lecture. Registration deadline is February 8, 2010.

1.28.10 | Tampa, FL | The Tampa Museum of Art is set to open February 6. Known at the Cornelia Corbett Center, 120 W. Gasparilla Plaza, Tampa, FL, the facility, designed by Stanley Saitowitz/Natoma Architects, Inc., San Francisco, CA, features a facade designed with aluminum panels embedded with programmable LED lights, a three-story atrium lobby, and galleries with translucent ceilings.

1.27.10 | Norwalk, CT | EMCOR Group subsidiary, Central
Mechanical Construction, will renovate and restore mechanical and
plumbing systems for the Volar Army
Barracks Complex, Ft. Riley, KS. The contract also includes HVAC equipment renovation, complete
ductwork replacement, and complete HVAC pipe replacement in the buildings. The
project team will attempt to achieve LEED Silver certification.

Eastman, the Board of Directors, and the faculty of the Concordia International School Shanghai celebrated the completion of a new high school. The
high school is a six-story complex with academic, athletic, and administrative functions, offering sustainability features. It is the fourth phase in a series of planning and design projects
completed for the school by Perkins Eastman.

1.26.10| Joliet, IL | The RTKL designed Silver Cross Hospital project is underway. The
replacement hospital, located three miles east of the current campus in Joliet, IL, will include all-private rooms in an environment
that focuses on patient-centric care. An interventional platform will incorporate minimally
invasive, image-guided surgery spaces that allow for more
collaboration across departments. Completion is anticipated in the fall of 2011.
