The company reported net sales in the quarter of $399.8 million; a decrease of 3.6% from the third quarter of fiscal 2011. New orders in the third quarter of $360.5 million were 2.1% lower than the prior year level. Sales and orders in the prior year third quarter include activity relating to dealerships the company has since sold. Excluding the impact of these dealer de-consolidations, net sales and orders in the third quarter of fiscal 2012 increased 0.8% and 3.0%, respectively. Relative to the second quarter of fiscal 2012, net sales in the third quarter decreased 10.3%. New orders in the third quarter decreased 18.1% on a sequential-quarter basis.
