to be awarded CarbonNeutral electricity certification. The company measured and reduced the carbon emissions
produced by the electricity used in the production of Terratex products
to net zero.

2.2.10 | Norwalk, CT | EMCOR Group's Energy Services Unit was recognized for its EcoLine TM Project. The project was named the "2009 Project of the Year" by the EPA's Landfill Methane Outreach Program. The program recognizes landfill methane capture projects for innovation in generating
renewable energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The EcoLine TM Project converts landfill gas into a medium BTU quality
gas, which is then used to produce environmentally clean electric power for both
the University of New Hampshire and the local electrical grid.

accreditation. Mr. Souza

new $20 million Southwest Parking Garage Complex won the 2009 Award of Excellence for New
Design from the Florida Parking Association.
The complex was named the nation's first LEED
Gold parking garage facility and is also a candidate to be

1.20.10 | Washington, DC | The U.S. Office of Management and Budget approved $514 million in subsidies under the Department of Agriculture's Biomass Crop Assistance Program. BCAP will divert the U.S. wood fiber supply from its current use inhigher value composite wood products such as furniture and cabinets to be used instead as fuel, resulting in a direct threat to all industries that rely on composite panel products. BIFMA and its members are asking that Congress immediately suspend the BCAP sothat USDA can amend the list of materials eligible for the subsidy byremoving materials destined for higher value products.
