Allen announced the magazine's latest development. Interior Design will keep all of its employees, including its
support departments like production, research, circulation and

community, there will be no changes," Mr. Strauss said.

residential leasing has begun at 360 State Street, a 32-story
mixed-use tower in New Haven, CT. The sustainable, environmentally-friendly design is the state's first LEED Platinum residential project. Key green design features include: an irrigated green roof;
bike storage; electric car charging stations; recovery of waste heat; and high-efficiency lighting and occupancy
sensors.

3.17.10 | Seattle, WA, and Cambridge, MA | NBBJ and Chan Krieger Sieniewicz announced a merger of the two firms. Together they will create an integrated
team of over 700 architects, urban designers, planners and interior
designers. The Chan Krieger Sieniewicz team, including its five
principals, will continue in their current roles. As part of the
transition to the NBBJ name, the Cambridge office will operate as Chan
Krieger NBBJ.

3.16.10 | London, UK | HOK London earned LEED-CI Gold certification. It is the first office space in the United Kingdom to achieve this distinction
from the U.S. Green Building Council. The project, completed in 2009, is the 11th HOK LEED-certified office. In addition to LEED certification for its sustainability efforts, HOK London also achieved the international standard for environmental management, ISP14001.

3.14.10 | New York, NY | Francis Cauffman received a 2010 Vista Award for excellence in design and construction teamwork in the category of new construction. The firm was recognized for its design of the Critical Care Building at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA. The CCB has Level II trauma accreditation and LEED Silver certification and houses an emergency department, a helipad, 12 surgical suites, and an intensive care unit.

3.10.10 | Arnhem, The Netherlands | RTKL, a subsidiary of ARCADIS was selected to design the Shanghai Changzheng
New Pudong Hospital. It will be the largest new hospital built in one
phase in China. The facility is scheduled to begin later this
year and will include four inpatient towers, a VIP tower, an
outpatient center, an emergency center, and an infectious disease
building.
