Net income was $8.7 million, up 7.4% over last year's second quarter and 295.5% over this year's first quarter. CEO Andrew Cogan attributed "a double-digit increase in orders" to new products such as Generation by Knoll continuing to gain momentum as well as marketing efforts such as Knoll Essentials that drove improved day-to-day activity.
