coincides with the 75th anniversary of the company, and is intended to

investor Proventus, also plans small scale production in the United States.

International added a new series of laser cut pictograms that can be attached to the sign
frame.
The client chooses any icon or logo to be featured, either
previously produced or custom designed. The chosen design is then laser

3.24.10 | Lubbock, TX | Michael Molina was hired as vice chancellor of facilities, planning, and construction for Texas Tech University System. Mr. Molina, who begins April 1, will work to expand the research facilities on campus and will
collaborate with Texas Tech, Texas Tech University Health Sciences
Center and Angelo State University to develop a facilities and
construction plan that accommodates each institution's enrollment goals
of 40,000 students at Texas Tech, 10,000 students at Angelo State and

Billings Index rose to 44.8 in February following a drop of nearly three points in January to 42.5. The new
projects
inquiry score was 52.0. "We continue to hear that funding dedicated for
construction projects in the stimulus package has not yet been awarded,

jumpstart the
economy," said American Institute of Architects Chief
Economist
Kermit Baker. "That, coupled with a persistently rigid
credit

income in its third quarter, reported a net loss of $13.6 million for
both its fourth quarter and its 2010 fiscal year. Total revenue was
$551.9 million for the quarter and $2,291.7 million for the full year,
down 15.7% and 28.0% respectively from year-ago figures. "While we
saw that fourth quarter seasonal patterns were unusually severe, we
believe the industry is on a recovery curve that could result in modest

engineering departments and will complete the science

Fall 2010 with expected completion for the 2012 Fall semester. The university, which already has buildings certified LEED Platinum and
Gold, anticipates that Institute Hall will achieve a rating of LEED
Silver or higher.
