required, quick
installation is possible with minimal disruption. Genius
walls also optimized acoustics and more privacy than standard drywall with its 3.5" thickness and 22-gauge steel shells. In addition to Genius walls, the entire facility was outfited with KI furniture.

The 2-stage competition with feedback from the jury, enabled the firm to rearrange its design to meet citizens' needs and unexpected demands. The structure with porous canopy brings in daylight and a view of the public service market to remind administrators of the public they serve. At the center of the project is the Town Hall Tower that will house the City Council.
