Green Cancer Center Under Construction

Visionaire To Incorporate Sustainability

The Visionaire will house 251 units in 35 stories, 4,500 sq. ft. of ground floor retail and will be home to the new headquarters of the Battery Park City Parks Conservancy. Green features include a black water system and a curtain wall design. Constructed by Turner Construction Company, the $310 million Visionare is expected to be completed by summer 2008.
