AGATI Furniture announces its completion of the
Andrew Maguire Saul
Library at Georgetown Preparatory School in North Bethesda, Maryland.
AGATI modified its Brown Collection to
provide custom designed tables and computer stations for the former field house
renovation. In its place, a state of the art student center opened earlier this
year providing students with a 9,000 square foot library with increased
seating, as well as more classrooms, a student center and administrative
offices. AGATI collaborated with Jo Fleming of Interior Design Resources in
McLean, VA to select tables made of European Beech with laminate tops. The
library’s custom aesthetic was based on AGAT’s previous designs at
both the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Duke Law Library which both
featured the Brown Collection. In addition, AGATI provided its Ella side chairs
to complete the concept.
AGATI has a successful history working
with member Jesuit schools including Loyola University in Chicago, Seattle
University and Santa Clara University and most recently, Marquette University
in Milwaukee, WI.
