7.1.09 | Rome, NY | For the THIRD year in a row, GLOBAL was presented with the highest and most prestigious award (non-aligned) by the Office Furniture Dealer Alliance (OFDA) . . . . MANUFACTURER OF THE YEAR – GOLD .The annual OFDA Dealer’s Choice awards are presented to aligned and non-manufacturers for their ongoing commitment to the dealer channel across North America.  The 2009 winning manufacturers were determined by the results of the Association's annual OFDA Dealer Manufacturer Satisfaction Index Survey, a detailed dealer poll designed to recognize best of class performance, as well as highlight topics of concern for the contract furniture dealer community.

The survey asked dealers to evaluate up to four of their manufacturer business partners in various key categories including training, product lines, service and support, sales and marketing, management, and technology.
