Mechanical Services, Inc. Receives Contract For Rollins College

(MSI) has been awarded a contract to upgrade the HVAC/airhandling systems at the Fine Arts Center on the campus of Rollins College in Winter Park Florida. A leading mechanical contractor in Central and Southwest Florida, MSI is a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc. MSI's scope of work includes replacing the existing, inefficient HVAC systems with new, energy-efficient chilled water air handlers and fan coils in the 11,000 square foot Fine Arts Center. The scope of work also includes stringent cleanliness standards in order to prevent cross contamination between different functional areas of the building. Scheduled for completion in August 2009, in time for Rollins College fall semester, the project will require fast tracking in order to accommodate an aggressive timeline.
